Context: Welo Global (Welocalize) accounts for 65.4% of current postings. Volume from a single employer is not broad market expansion, so we report employer breadth alongside every count.

Hiring pulse

Building history

211 qualifying postings are tracked right now. Trend comparisons need qualifying postings in both 30-day windows; daily snapshots started October 7, 2026.

Is localization hiring growing? We cannot say yet, and we will not guess. The Hiring Pulse appears once both windows hold at least 10 qualifying postings each.

See the roles behind the signal.

Every signal on this page comes from postings employers are publishing right now. Search them, filter by skill, and read the requirements yourself.

From signal to skill

The market tells you what to learn next.

Every posting leaves signals: skills, tools, responsibilities. We connect those signals back to focused lessons, so the demand you see here becomes progress you can make.

Methodology

How we calculate this.

Metric definitions live server-side, in one place. When a formula materially changes, the methodology is versioned (current: v1).

Sources
Postings come from employer career pages and public ATS endpoints (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters), plus one licensed aggregator feed. Each posting keeps its source, first-seen date and last-seen date.
Qualification
Every posting passes a relevance filter for localization terminology before it enters the corpus. Raw volume from a source is never treated as market demand.
Deduplication
The same role seen through multiple sources counts once. Matching uses canonical URLs, source job IDs and company, title and location normalization.
Comparison windows
Signals compare qualifying postings across consecutive 30-day windows, measured by when we first observed a posting, so ingestion growth never looks like market growth.
Skills, technologies and AI
Skills, tools and AI capabilities are matched by explicit terminology in the posting. The bare word “AI” is never counted by itself. Terms that do not yet map to the taxonomy stay out of official signals.
Confidence
Every signal carries a confidence level based on sample size, unique employers, and source concentration. A single employer posting heavily raises inventory without implying broad market expansion.
Limitations
Daily snapshots started October 7, 2026, so trend surfaces are still building history. Employer industry is not yet classified, and some postings omit work-arrangement details, which we report as unknown.
